    I believe that car is:
    --ex-SLM&SE #100 (Built Pullman, 1902)
    --Re-numbered #2 4-30-47
    --Re-numbered #4 2-28-48
    --Re-numbered #14 2-8-49
    --Named "Texas" 6-25-54
--Sold to Jack Williams, Oklahoma City, 5-58
(I just found this last line of information in the SLSF Passenger Car Historical Record--I had overlooked it when I had posted the business car photos and information a while back)

    Tom:

    Thanks for the info!

Interesting that this car has been out of service so long.

It could have been used for some other purpose between the time it was sold and when it wound up at the amusement park?? I'm just guessing, but such as a short line business car or a tourist charter service.
