One of those "never would have happened" engines. There were two chances the motive power folks in Springfield would have returned to Alco for new engines back then: 1. Slim 2. None But the O/W colors do look good.
Wasting perfectly good paint & decals on that piece of crud......yeesh..... I like Alcos and all, but boy o boy, this pushes it.......
I have no interest in tyco locomotives. They would be too much of a hassle to put in DCC, and run like crap in the first place. The only thing tyco's is getting good at weathering.
Only in 2-dimensional, using the illustrations from the Railroad Paintshop website. Nothing in model form.......yet.........and for sure, no Tyco locomotives in my fleet. Now the idea of a GP20 or GP30 in black & yellow sounds nice.........................
