I am possitive it was a special movement of some kind, but what type I have no idea. In all likelyhood, the car was leased to Pullman when this photo was taken, and Pullman arranged a charter run using cars in thier pool. I have seen other photos from chicago of Frisco sleepers in roughly the same time period. Paul
