Farmers Bank of Blairstown in Blairstown, MO. I didn't spend a lot of time getting the front of the bank perfect since it is placed against the backdrop on my layout. I normally would not bother with a wall that would be unseen. I have a personal connection with the bank so I wanted to model the unseen front too. I wanted the bank to have a weather beaten look with a few missing bricks and weathered wooden window frames. It was beginning to look a little worn in the 1970's era that I model.
I went on Google Maps and found this neat old building in street view. Great model of it. 201 N. looks like it's just about the biggest building on Main Street!! The tiny "office building" (?) at Scott Memorial Park on the other end of town sure would be a neat prototype to build.
