This is a nicely put together layout, Robert. I must confess that I've always been a little bit jealous of N scalers because of all the detail they can put together in a compartively small space. Sorry I didn't reply sooner. As to the tracks going off to either end, that's the "main line." The oval is the town siding. It's my version of staging track. I'm glad you like it. I keep meaning to do more, but model railroading hasn't been on my mind of late.
