@yardmaster I was on this trip....approx. summer 1965 ...A fellow named Cleboldt made the arrangements...St louis Union station to nash, Mo a few miles south of cape Girardeau....trains was wyed at nash where a branch line to advance and poplar bluff took of the river division….on way back met Frisco 807 southbound Sunnyland at Shops siding ..very close to cape Girardeau.. the road forman of locomotives took me thru the loco engine room and got my first Frisco Cab ride up Lemay hill into Lindenwood..I have some black and whites but no color photos....great trip...lots of good sandwiches in snack car...had to stop at St Marys to add water to one of the ac units in a coach which quickly restored ac to car...Bob Zucco Sullivan Mo
