Nice everything - GP7,, passenger cars, depot, track & roadbed, people, scenery, background, scene. Wow!

What passenger cars did you use? What GP7 model is that?

Ken, the passenger cars are Athearn (BB) relettered, GP 7 is a 1st run Proto 2k painted & decaled, Webster Groves depot was scratch built, all done by me.

Good looking train and nice locomotive consist. This may have been addressed before, John, but where did you get your searchlight signals?

    Best Regards,

The searchlight signals are from Oregon Rail. These where the kit version. Fully assembled version are available.

John, would you please tell us the link to your layout photos on FMIG? I did a search and all I got was medical websites. Of course, maybe that's what I need because I'm a 60 years old man still playing with choo-choos. LOL

Joe, a couple places. Go to search at upper right corner, type in valley park and your name in the appropriate slot. Click on the title of each category marked (geep07).
Go to Forums, go to FMIG layouts, go to Freelance, look for threads started by geep07, these are more or less updates to the layout.
The pictures in the Valley Park search are prior to the details I have added to the layout as of present.

Love these little hoppers...in the last photo I see a quad-4-bay hopper, did Frisco ever have these? If so what were the numbers? Don't get me wrong I'm not nit-picking, just I always wanted one but did know how to do one up. I think it would look great mixed in with 88000-series 100-ton hoppers on the Pokey.

    Nice!

I recall seeing many "Coal Extras" running north out of Fort Smith back in the mid-70's and they looked a lot like that: Frisco twin bay coal hoppers from the various classes. Of course, the F's were gone by then. Typically the "Coal Extra's" of which I refer were powered by a quartet of b&y and o&w GP7's.

While we're asking question: What mfg'er made the F's?

The F's are Athearn Genesis. Details added, spark arrestors, horn, antenna, mu's, coupler lift bars.
