Athearn RTR SD40-2 projects

    Greetings all,
    Here is another SD40-2 on the roster here. Richmond Controls light kit installed and DW AH 191 horn, Detail Associates window wipers, hand bent the brake cylinder lines, renumbered SLSF 956, weathered with chalks and thin airbrush layers. I enjoy these Athearn RTR locos. A lot of fun to detail a bit and have a fairly accurate SL-SF locomotive. 005.JPG 008.JPG

    Tom - Lookin' good as always, nice! I really like the job you did on the class lights.

    One of the most successful diesel locomotives ever.
