Frisco Passenger Car decal set belongs to...

...none other than Joe Collias. I found a decal set of Frisco passenger decals made by Rail Graphics and so I contacted Mr. Roberts to see who owned them. Turns out it is Joe Collias. Okay, does anyone know him? I have his address, and am wondering if I contact him, would he even talk with me? Can anyone give me some background on him?
